Are your products natural?
When possible, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.

Are your products vegan?
Yes. The only product we sell that has honey from bees is the Oat and Honey soap.

Do you test on animals?
No!

Is your Palm Oil from plantations that protect our rainforests?
At Les Creme we treasure our planet and its inhabitants. We know that although we play a very small part, we must always make choices that are ecologically and socially responsible.

As the global demand for palm oil continues to increase we want to be part of the global initiative that changes how that palm oil tree is grown.

Our Palm Oil is grown and manufactured according to standards for sustainable practices set forth by RSPO.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?
All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.

What temperature do these products need to be stored at?
We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

How do I care for my candle?
To care for our candles, trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 3-4 hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed.

Can your candle jars be recycled?
Definitely! Because they are glass, they can be repurposed into vases, storage containers, and more. To recycle or repurpose your jar, we recommend thoroughly cleansing it with your favorite dish soap or a 1:1 solution of water to vinegar.

How much is shipping?
Shipping & Handling Charges are a flat fee of $6.00

Can I exchange my product?
We apologize but we currently do not offer exchanges, all sales are final.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Paypal.

I refused my delivery, where is my refund?
Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return.
